Night Sweeping & Daily Cleanliness Drive by SafaiMitras | Municipal Council Anantnag.

Cleanliness is not just a duty; it is a continuous commitment. The dedicated SafaiMitras of Municipal Council Anantnag work tirelessly every day, from early morning to late night, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the town.
From sweeping roads and streets to cleaning drains, market areas, footpaths and public places, our SafaiMitras play a vital role in keeping Anantnag clean, healthy and beautiful. Their daily efforts, including night sweeping operations, ensure that public spaces remain hygienic and welcoming for everyone.
A humble appeal to all Traders, Shopkeepers, Street Vendors and Citizens:
🧹 Pay your sanitation fee regularly and support municipal cleanliness services.
🗑️ Keep dustbins at your own shops, vending spots and commercial establishments.
🚯 Never throw garbage, plastic or other waste on roads, footpaths, in drains or public places.
🏪 Keep your shops, vending areas, business premises and surrounding spaces clean.
🚫 Avoid dumping waste in open spaces, roadside areas and water drains.
🤝 Cooperate with SafaiMitras and never obstruct their cleaning work.
❤️ Respect our SafaiMitras. Their hard work deserves our appreciation, cooperation and support.
A special appeal to Street Vendors: Please ensure that all waste generated during vending activities is collected and disposed of responsibly. Keep your vending spots clean before leaving for the day.
Let us remember that the responsibility of cleanliness does not rest solely on our SafaiMitras. They work hard every day, but maintaining a clean town requires the active participation of every trader, shopkeeper, street vendor and citizen.
Your small effort can make a big difference. Keep your surroundings clean, keep drains free from waste and help make Anantnag a cleaner, healthier and more beautiful town.
SAFAIMITRAS WORK FOR CLEANLINESS – LET'S WORK WITH THEM!
