Business Development Manager (Key Role: Sales Hunter and Client Farmer)
Key role: Sales Hunter and Client Farmer; Apex Sales position and opportunity for faster growth
Experience: 5+ years of Education, Sports or Training industry experience into Business Development.
Preferred Skills: Brilliant written and oral English communication skills, local language an added advantage
Package and incentives: Negotiable
Primary Requirement: a vehicle for field operations and commuting
Core Responsibilities:
A. Individually in charge of meeting the organisation’s objectives and targets.
B. Farming the existing clients, while Building new roads for growth.
C. Responsible for Periodic collections from clients
D. Establish associations with new clients and secure contracts with new clients that accomplishes organisational objectives and targets
E. Hunting for potential clients by different marketing and sales techniques, like cold calling, face2face meetings etc.
F. Develop and keep key record that can open doors for organisation to establish market value, principle partners, manufacturing and anticipated deals.
G. Log all business movement and keep point by point notes on prospect and client associations.
H. Provide estimates on best case and probably deals.
I. Quarterly, presentation to directors, investors and decision makers.
J. Work with other departs like product development, IT team for addressing all client requirements and problems.
K. Build strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers
L. Provide feedback to company management on market trends , competitive threats , unmet needs , and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
