Get Ready for an Exciting "HOT SEAT" Meeting on April 8th!

Dear Beechians,

We’re thrilled to announce an exciting meeting on April 8th – *HOT SEAT!* where every member picks a role through a lucky-dip and competes as if there’s no tomorrow!

Here’s how it works

*Roles Assigned On-the-Spot:* All roles, including SAA, President, GE, TAGLI, Evaluators, Table Topics Master, and Table Topics Speakers, will be assigned randomly by drawing chits during the meeting.

Ad-hoc Prepared Speeches:
Two speakers will also be chosen at random.They will deliver a 5-7 minute speech on a topic of their choice (no specific project guidelines required and deliver something new). Feedback will focus on delivery, with key improvement points shared.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step out of our comfort zones and embrace new challenges. It’s not about perfection but about learning and growing together.

So, what are you waiting for? Let’s prepare ourselves to take on any role with confidence, knowing that every experience contributes to our growth.

This week at Beechi Toastmasters Club, we are delighted to host an exclusive *Educational Workshop on Debating Skills* by *DTM Venu CV* — a Distinguished Toastmaster, Mind Coach, Productivity Specialist, 4× Author, and Certified Memory Trainer.

Following the workshop, we will also have a debate session, and members are warmly invited to participate.

- Open to 6 members only
- will be on a first-come, first-served basis
- Interested members may share their nominations with TM Ranga
