We mourn the passing of Dr. Raseswari Panigrahi (1946–2026), former MLA from Sambalpur and a respected Obstetrician & Gynaecologist. She passed away at her residence today evening at the age of 79 while undergoing treatment for neurological complications.
She dedicated her life to public service and women’s healthcare. She was also a strong supporter and well-wisher of Juhar Parivar Bangalore.
Her legacy will be remembered with deep respect. Heartfelt condolences to her family and well-wishers.

Through decades of tireless fieldwork, he has meticulously documented tribal myths, epics, folk songs, and proverbs, preserving oral traditions that might otherwise have been lost to time.
