One day awareness programme on ODOP, Spices was conducted at Chikkamagalore on 29-09-2021.
JDA, Spice board Scientist, Scientist from Horticulture college, Officials from agriculture and horticulture dept and members from SPMU have graced the programme.

On 20-09-2021, one day awareness programme has been conducted at Shimoga on ODOP Pineapple. VC of Agri and Horti Sciences Shimoga, MD Kappec, Director of Extension, JDA,LDM and SPMU have attended and graced the programme.

One-day awareness programme on PMFME scheme was organized in Udupi at Rajatadri on 02-09-2021. DC, ZP CEO, MD KAPPEC, JDA, officials from NABARD, officials from Fisheries Dept, LDM, NRLM, head KVK have graced the programme. Nearly 100 potential beneficiaries attended the programme.

A day long training program on "Food Processing and Women Entrepreneurship under PMFME was successfully organised on 12-08-2021 at Sagar. More than seventy five active and prospective women entrepreneurs participated in the program. Many of them are eager to either establish an unit or to expand the existing ones.
A lady member from an active SHG presided over the program.
Deputy Director of Agriculture from Shimoga inaugurated the program.
Deputy General Manager of Canara Bank, Shimoga Region was the Chief Guest.
Dr.Prakash Bhat from Dharwad made the key note address.
Dr.Laxminarayana TJ, Smt.Vanishri Sagar and Sri.Nagendra Sagar trained the participants on various aspects of PMFME.
