Ruchika Social Service Organisation launched CHILD MARRIAGE FREE ODISH CAMPAIGN on the eve of 100 days of action on 25th Nov.2025 at Bhubaneswar in collaboration with DCPU, Khordha and Puri and with the support of CAW &CB on 25th Nov.2025. 512 people participated.

To prevent child marriage in religious places Ruchika Social Service Organisation conducted Child Marriage Fee Bharat Campaign in Akshay Tritiya in collaboration with District Administration of Khorda, Puri, Jajpur and Jagatsinghpur district. in Khordha district 13 temples were covered where as in Puri district 13 temples, in Jajpur 18 temples and in Jagatsinghpur 8 temples were covered in the campaign.
The priests and others associated in the temple management pledged to make these temples child marriage free.

We all know the fact that
it can take centuries for plastic to decompose. In that time, it can release harmful toxins into the ground and water. Hence Ruchika Social Service Organisation started a plastic awareness campaign as part of Tourist places cleaning drive which was started on 18.1.2025. The young people of Ruchika were trained who started Plastic garden concept which was displayed at tourist places for the public. Through this the people were educated in how to make home decors with single used plastic bottles. Tourists are found encouraged to learn the plastic models.

Started on 18th January 2025, the cleaning drive of tourist places of Odisha has been completed on 15th February 25. This program was supported by Tourism Finance Corporation of India. With this program the important tourist places like Khandagiri, Peace pagoda Dhauli and Puri Sea Beach were cleaned, signages were installed and awareness programmes conducted by the volunteers. Ruchika Social Service Organisation conducted this drive in collaboration with the Archeological Survey of India and Dhauli Development Committee.
