Emphasizing on quality and timely resolution of issues in line with the 10-point agenda set by the Hon’ Chief Minister, he advised all stakeholder Departments to take prompt action on proposals submitted by the District Administration.
The meeting was attended by the Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department; Commissioner-cum-Secretary, ST & SC Development, M&BCW Department; and other senior officers from various Departments, while the Collector, Malkangiri and team joined the meeting virtually.

Hon’ble Minister chaired a preparatory meeting to review the preparedness of the Department and OSDMA for the upcoming 2nd BRICS Disaster Risk Reduction Group meeting, scheduled to be held at Puri from 3rd to 5th June 2026.
The Hon’ble Minister emphasized flawless event management, ensuring a memorable experience for the international delegates visiting Odisha. The meeting was attended by the Additional Chief Secretary, Executive Director, OSDMA and other senior officers of the Department.

Hon’ble Minister today addressed the Senior Officers’ Meeting in the presence of the Additional Chief Secretary. While appreciating the Department’s performance over the last two years, he emphasized the need for expeditious institutional reforms. Stressing on doorstep Revenue service delivery, he urged officers to simplify existing rules and procedures to ensure seamless citizen-centric services at the last mile.

A meeting was held today at Lok Seva Bhawan under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Minister to expedite the settlement of all Bebandobasta lands and accelerate correction of Column-2 entries in land records across the State. The Minister also directed district revenue officials to extend necessary support for the ongoing Farmers Registry operations. The Additional Chief Secretary and senior officers of the Department attended the meeting, while the RDCs and ADMs (Revenue) of all districts joined through video conferencing.

The Chief Secretary today graced the Valedictory Ceremony of the OAS Officers Batch 2023 (DR), at ROTI, Gothapatana. Addressing the probationers, she emphasized on transparent, time-bound service delivery following the 7-S model of governance that are Scale, Speed, Synergy, System, Sustainability, Service and Stakeholders and the vision of a Viksit Odisha.
The Additional Chief Secretary encouraged the trainee officers to uphold integrity, professionalism, and sensitivity in governance.
The ceremony marked the successful completion of institutional training for the 30 probationers.

A meeting was held today under the Chairmanship of the Additional Chief Secretary to review key aspects of e-Registration. The IGR, Odisha, senior officers of the Department , NIC, OCAC, and SARVAM AI participated in the meeting. The SARVAM AI team presented their approach for digitizing legacy registration records using an OCR model to be trained on large-scale handwritten registration data in Odia text.
