Headed by party president, leaders and workers at the ground level have great say in the functioning of the party. Besides, there are several Vice-Presidents, General-Secretaries, Treasurers and Secretaries working on their own capacity for the betterment of the party. Party has been divided into many independent wings to cater to larger socio-ethnic community of the state.
