Fostering the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs

Building a strong startup ecosystem begins with empowering young innovators and entrepreneurial talent.

Startup Haryana is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dass & Brown Experiential Learning School, aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship development and startup incubation within Haryana’s academic ecosystem.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Yash Garg, IAS, Director General, Department of Industries & Commerce, on behalf of the Government of Haryana, along with representatives from DBELS Panchkula.

The partnership will focus on promoting and supporting early-stage startup incubation, organizing capacity-building initiatives, and strengthening collaboration to help transform innovative ideas into scalable ventures.

Strengthening Startup Investment Pathways

Startup Haryana continues to expand its ecosystem partnerships to accelerate innovation and venture growth across the State.

We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Startup Haryana and AY Ventures, aimed at strengthening investment access and strategic support for startups emerging from Haryana.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Yash Garg, IAS, Director General, Department of Industries & Commerce, on behalf of the Government of Haryana, along with representatives from AY Ventures.

Through this collaboration, AY Ventures will support startups with investment readiness, mentorship, and venture networking opportunities, enabling startups to scale faster and connect with the broader venture ecosystem.

🚀 Fostering Entrepreneurial Aspirations in Haryana

Startup Haryana, Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Haryana, organized an engaging Sensitization & Awareness Workshop at on 26.02.2026.

The session brought together budding entrepreneurs, student innovators, and early-stage founders, providing them with valuable insights into the opportunities and support mechanisms available within Haryana’s startup ecosystem.

Highlights from the workshop included:

The Department of Industries & Commerce, Haryana, in collaboration with the Department of Women & Child Development, celebrated International Women’s Day at Sirsa,Haryana.

On this occasion, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, distributed the Seed Fund cheques under the Haryana State Startup Policy to selected startups reinforcing the Government’s commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and strengthening the state’s startup ecosystem.

A key highlight of the event was the launch of the Women Entrepreneurship Platform, developed in collaboration with .aayog , aimed at fostering greater participation of women in the entrepreneurial landscape and providing them with enhanced opportunities for growth and support.

🚀 Strengthening Haryana’s Startup Ecosystem 🚀

The Department of Industries & Commerce, Haryana, through its Startup Haryana initiative, successfully conducted the 5th round of the Seed Fund Committee meeting on 06 March 2026.

Held under the chairmanship of the Director General, Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana, the meeting reaffirmed the Government’s continued commitment to fostering innovation and strengthening the entrepreneurial landscape across the state.

During the session, selected startups presented their pitch decks, showcasing their innovative solutions, scalable business models, and growth potential before the committee. The discussions focused on scalability, market impact, and funding readiness, while also providing emerging founders with valuable feedback and strategic guidance.

This initiative represents another significant step towards empowering early-stage startups, promoting innovation-led growth, and further strengthening Haryana’s position as a thriving startup hub.
