संसदीय राजभाषा समिति (आलेख एवं साक्ष्य उप-समिति) द्वारा दिनांक 22 मई 2026 से 25 मई 2026 तक मसूरी, उत्तराखंड में नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति के अध्यक्षों तथा कुछ सदस्य कार्यालयों के साथ राजभाषा संबंधी निरीक्षण एवं विचार-विमर्श किया। हडको देहरादून की ओर से क्षेत्रीय प्रमुख एवं वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक द्वारा प्रतिभागिता की ।

During the Training-cum-Induction Programme of HUDCO’s newly recruited Trainee Officers Batch 2026, Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, interacted with the young officers and engaged in an insightful discussion on their aspirations, expectations from HUDCO, training experience so far, and enthusiasm as they embark on their professional roadmap.

Encouraging the trainees to contribute with dedication, innovation, and commitment, CMD highlighted their role as the future assets of HUDCO and nation builders who will contribute towards shaping sustainable and inclusive development for a Viksit Bharat. He also extended his best wishes to the officers for a successful and impactful journey ahead with HUDCO.

The 2024 Batch of IAS Assistant Secretaries (Officer Trainees) visited HUDCO as part of their ongoing training at MoHUA to gain exposure to India’s urban development and housing ecosystem.

During the interaction, Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, shared insights on HUDCO’s journey, key achievements, and its pivotal role in financing sustainable urban infrastructure and affordable housing across the country. The officer trainees also had the opportunity to engage with Directors and senior officials of HUDCO, fostering meaningful discussions on nation-building initiatives in the urban sector.

हडको देहरादून क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय में हडको मुख्यालय के राजभाषा विभाग से वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक श्रीमती रेखा चंदोला द्वारा राजभाषा निरीक्षण किया । इस अवसर पर उन्होंने क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय की राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति की बैठक में भी सक्रिय भागीदारी की ओर कार्यशाला में महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव दिए।
कार्यशाला के दौरान राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन से संबंधित विभिन्न विषयों पर विस्तृत मार्गदर्शन प्रदान किया गया, जिससे क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय में राजभाषा कार्यों को और अधिक गति एवं प्रभावशीलता मिलने की अपेक्षा है। साथ ही आगामी संसदीय राजभाषा समिति की समीक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश एवं सुझाव भी दिए गए, जिससे क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय को राजभाषा संबंधी कार्यों के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन में सहायता प्राप्त होगी।

At WUF 13, HUDCO in collaboration with the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS), Rotterdam, organized an interactive workshop on the Application of the 5A Principles of Adequate Housing to India’s National Housing Policy.

The workshop focused on assessing PMAY-U 2.0 through the 5A principles — Availability, Accessibility, Acceptability, Affordability & Adequacy, while identifying policy gaps and opportunities across the Housing Value Chain. The session encouraged critical discussions on making housing policies more inclusive, sustainable and impactful at the ground level.

Shri Kuldeep Narayan, JS ( HFA), MoHUA, highlighted India’s commitment towards Housing for All through initiatives like PMAY-U 2.0 and emphasized the importance of sharing India’s inclusive housing practices on global platforms like WUF 13.

Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, reiterated HUDCO’s continued commitment towards affordable housing, sustainable urban development and global knowledge exchange.

The India Pavilion at the prestigious World Urban Forum 13 was inaugurated by Shri Kuldeep Narayan, Joint Secretary, MoHUA in the esteemed presence of Mr. Stefan Priesner, UN Resident Coordinator and Shri Abhay Sharma, Ambassador to Azerbaijan , reflecting India’s strong commitment towards inclusive housing, and global collaboration in urban development.

At inaugural session, CMD, Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha engaged with ambassador, international delegates, media representatives, and stakeholders from across the globe.

Highlighting HUDCO’s innovative platform UiWIN, CMD elaborated on its key features, emphasizing its contribution towards integrated urban planning, technology-enabled governance, sustainable infrastructure, and affordable housing solutions that support nation building and future-ready cities.
