Uttarakhand State Rural Livelihood Mission (USRLM) is an organisation started under the National Rural Livelihood Mission in 2014. National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) was formed after restructuring the Swarnajayanti Grameen Rojgar Yojana. The focus of USRLM is to reduce poverty by creating self-employment opportunities for poor people in rural areas of the state. The organisation is under the Ministry of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Government of Uttarakhand.
