Delhi RERA writes to various civic authorities for ensuring compliance of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 in the interest of homebuyers.
As per recent earlier order passed by the Authority, all Real Estate Projects being developed on land area of more than 500 sq mtrs or wherein more than eight apartments; whether called blocks, chambers, dwelling units, flats, offices, showrooms, shops, godowns, premises, suites, tenements or units are being constructed; for sale, should be RERA registered for sanctioning of building plans.
