CGCA Ms. Vandana Gupta inaugurated the two-day review meeting of the North Zone of CCA offices held at NCA-F, Ghitorni, New Delhi today. The meeting was attended by Officers of CGCA, DoT, Pr. CCA Delhi, CCA J&K, CCA Haryana, CCA UP(E), CCA UP(W), CCA HP, CCA Punjab & Jt. CCA Uttarakhand. During the discussions, CGCA emphasized on adopting innovative measures as per local needs at the zonal level to provide better services and enhanced benefits especially to pensioners and telecom operators.
