Sahitya Akademi has instituted Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar to encourage young writers (less than 35 years of age) in the 24 recognised languages of India.
The Parliament Library extends Best Wishes to *._Sh. Sabarinathan_.* on his Birthday on 27 May. Writer of books in Tamil language, he was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar for his Book 'Vaal' (Poetry) in 2019.

The Parliament Library extends Best Wishes to *._Sh. Vikram Sampath._* on his Birthday on 27 May. Writer of books in English language, he was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar for his Book 'My Name is Gauhar Jaan' - The Life and Times of a Musician (Biography) in 2011.

The Parliament Library extends Best Wishes to Sh. Bhalchandra Vanaji Nemade (born 27 May, 1938) an eminent writer, poet, critic and linguistic scholar in Marathi language on his Birthday on 27 May.
Some of his notable works include Kosala, Bidhar, Hool, Jareela, Jhool and Hindu: Jagnyachi Samruddha Adgal.
He has been conferred with the Sahitya Akademi Award, Jnanapith Award and the Padma Shri.
