डॉ निशांत सिंह ,1997 -98 बैच के रामा कानपुर के BDS के स्टूडेंट थे ,जो 2004 में आयोग के द्वारा डेंटल सर्जन के पोस्ट पर चयनित होकर वर्तमान में उन्नाव के हसनगंज सामुदायिक केंद्र पर कार्यरत थे ,कोविड काल मे भी लगातार अपनी सेवा दन्त चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में दे रहे थे ,पिछले कुछ दिनों से अस्वस्थ होने के कारण अपना ईलाज प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल में कराने गए ,जहा जांच में कोविड पॉज़िटिव पाए गए ,तदुपरांत उनका ईलाज किंग जार्ज चिकित्सा विश्वविद्यालय में चल रहा था ,इस बीच उनकी पत्नी भी कोविड से संक्रमित हो गयी ,जो घर मे ही होम आइसोलेशन के तहत इलाज करवा रही है ।डॉ निशांत कॅरोना से जूझते हुए जिंदगी से हार गए ,बीच मे उनका रिपोर्ट निगेटिव भी आया था ,पर पुनः पॉजिटिव आया ।
डॉ निशांत सिंह दन्त चिकित्सा अधिकारी, उन्नाव ,निवाशी राजेन्द्र नगर लखनऊ ,अपने पीछे अपने माता -पिता ,पत्नी ,12 वर्ष का पुत्र तथा 2 वर्ष की पुत्री को शोकाकुल छोड़ गए ।
