​जैसे भगवान राम ने लंका पर विजय प्राप्त की, आइए हम भी अपने जीवन और धरती से सिंगल-यूज़ प्लास्टिक को हमेशा के लिए हटाकर पर्यावरण की रक्षा में विजय प्राप्त करें। दशहरा सिर्फ बुराई को मिटाना नहीं, बल्कि बुरी आदत को छोड़ना भी है।

​इस संकल्प को साकार करने के लिए: प्लास्टिक की थैलियों की जगह कपड़े के थैले (cloth bags) अपनाएँ और प्लास्टिक की बोतलों की जगह पानी की अपनी बोतल (reusable bottle) इस्तेमाल करें।

At the workshop organised by Centre for Environment Education (CEE), the Karwaan Mission unveiled its initiative, "Donate Bharat," dedicated to fostering the vision of Swachh Bharat Mission - Urban 2.0 under "Meri LiFE, Mera Swachh Sehar" (My LiFE, My Clean City). The program pioneered by Mr. Prabhjot Sodhi has been made into a reality by the untiring efforts of Karwaan Mission team and the gathering witnessed insightful discussions centered around the invaluable three-year experience of RRR Centre and Donate Bharat.
Mr. Dhaniram Yadav (Founder &Managing Trustee), and Mr. Ram Suresh Yadav ( Chief Operating Officer), Mr. Deepak kumar, Mr. Manish Agnihotri, Mr. Kajal Sahani from Karwaan Mission shared their thoughts, shedding light on the platform's success in promoting sustainable lifestyle and a Culture of GIVING . Their inspiring stories exemplified how "Donate Bharat" has positively impacted lives, bringing dignity & respect to the underprivileged and revitalizing communities nationwide. The event reinforced the mission's call for collective action to create a cleaner, greener India for generations to come in line with GOIs LIFE Program.

Karwaan Mission is honored to share the opportunity to be a part of the pressing issue of Environmental Sustainability in the Indian Beverage Sector.

We are fortunate to have Mr. Prabhjot Sodhi, MBE, a Senior Program Director, Centre for Environment Education (CEE), and Ram Suresh Yadav COO Karwaan Mission.
Mr. Sodhi as a panelist along with panelist Dr. Leena Srivastava Director & Head Ashoka Center for a people - Centric Energy Transition, panelist Mr. Deepak Jolly, Chairperson Ind Food & Beverages Association shared the stage with Mr.CK Mishra, Former Secretary Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change as CHAIR in the panel “Nation Beverage Conclave” organized on 6th July, 2023 in Delhi. During the event, Mr. Sodhi spoke about the way forward to the Indian Beverage Association (IBA). He focuses on production systems with no food waste; as that uses water and energy to produce and to loose it is criminal waste of product plus emissions. Talked how focus needs to be on reducing plastics packaging; increasing the same use for better recyclability; MEA durability of hand print approach for positive action; optimal transportation costs; local food use; better agriculture practices; invest in the systems thinking in plastics waste management rather than recycling certificates to meet EPR targets. It’s about how it invests in the sector in cities for the value chain/ ecosystem approach to reduced emissions impacting climate change. We need to balance ecology with withdrawals. More so for water. We have to invest in R&D, move from extraction to a regeneration economy.
To tackle this challenge, everyone has to balance out use and regeneration of resources. Lastly leadership with a trans formative vision focuses on new ideas, innovation, balanced use and regeneration of materials. More circularity approaches in creating a sustainable future. This approach involves promoting a low-carbon lifestyle, reducing energy consumption, and embracing renewable sources.

Together, we can cultivate a generation of green consumers who actively contribute to a sustainable future. Even brands play a vital role by promoting refills, reuse, and energy reduction. Let's prioritize refillable packaging, embrace the benefits it offers, and encourage others to do the same.

In conclusion, Karwaan Mission, along with Mr. Sodhi, would like to urge all of you to embrace the Hand Print approach to revolutionize the Indian beverage sector. Let's collaborate, innovate, and lead the way toward a future where sustainability is a way of life. Together, we can make a difference to put ecology before profits and growth.

On the auspicious occasion of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Jayanti, Karwaan Mission took a heartwarming initiative to spread the light of knowledge among the children belonging to marginalized families.

As a part of this noble effort, 20 bright-eyed kids were presented with a bundle of reading books that would open their minds to a whole new world of possibilities. The joy and excitement that lit up their faces were truly priceless.

But the goodness didn't stop there. The parents of these little gems were also not left behind in this celebration. They were given a beautiful cotton shawl as a token of respect and appreciation for the hardships they endure every day.

This gesture was a true reflection of the values that Dr. Ambedkar stood for. His tireless efforts to promote education and social equality have left an indelible mark on our society, and Karwaan Mission is proud to uphold his legacy.

May this humble act of kindness inspire us all to take a step towards a brighter and more inclusive future, where every child has equal access to the light of knowledge and every parent is respected and valued for their contributions to society.
