“We’ve worked out methods and all kinds of theoretical constructs to describe the material world around us. But in the process, we have not trained ourselves to recognize the Living Spirit in matter. All matter — any object we make — as Christopher Alexander puts it beautifully, has some self in it and some life in it.” M.N.Ashish Ganju engaged audiences with vivid experiences and insights on architecture, society, and life -- on Unplugged Live Talks with Ghadiok & Wakhloo.

If the urban fabric within which historic monuments are located is in a state of blight and disrepair, we cannot expect the inhabitants to appreciate the heritage value of the monuments and care for them.
But this World Heritage Day, let us look at how the Mehrauli Conservation project focused on community involvement such that the heritage assets became the joint responsibility of the local community and the State.

In his study ‘the need to adapt integrated adaptive hospital design’, Prof. Tran Van Khai from Vietnam talks about design strategies to prevent infection, which we believe is the need of the hour!
