Bhartiya Modi Army (BMA), District Doda, Jammu & Kashmir UT, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Omishwar Singh, S/o Pushpa Kant, as Bhaderwah Constituency (AC-51) Student Wing Leader, with immediate effect.

Subject: Expulsion from Primary Membership and Removal from the Post of Kashmir Division Prabhari

Name: Mohammad Aslam Mir
Address: R/o Mir Pora, Beerwah, District Budgam, J&K
By order of the State President, Bhartiya Modi Army (J&K Unit), you are hereby expelled from the primary membership of the organisation and relieved of your position as Prabhari (In-Charge), Kashmir Division, with immediate effect, on account of breach of organisational discipline.

Immediate Removal:
You are hereby removed from the post of Kashmir Division Prabhari and cease to hold any organisational position or primary membership rights with immediate effect.
No Representation:
You are strictly prohibited from issuing statements, conducting meetings, making appointments, or otherwise representing or acting on behalf of the Bhartiya Modi Army (J&K Unit) in any capacity.
Logo & Organisational Assets:
You are prohibited from using the name, logo, seal, letterhead, identity materials, social-media handles, or any other organisational property of the Bhartiya Modi Army (J&K Unit).
Cessation of Authority:
Any authority, responsibility, representation, or authorisation previously granted to you in connection with the organisation shall stand withdrawn with immediate effect.
Compliance:
You are directed to cease representing yourself as an office-bearer, member, representative, or authorised person of the Bhartiya Modi Army (J&K Unit) from the date of issuance of this order.
This order shall take effect immediately.
