મહેસૂલ વિભાગના અધિક મુખ્ય સચિવ (ACS) શ્રી જયંતી રવિની પ્રેરણા અને નવીન પહેલ હેઠળ આજે મહેસૂલ વિભાગના અધિકારીઓ તેમજ તેમના કુટુંબ માટે ગાંધીનગરમા "પોટલક ગેધરીંગ", અને સ્નેહમિલન કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

આ કાર્યક્રમમાં માત્ર વહીવટી ચર્ચાઓ જ નહીં, પરંતુ અધિકારીઓની સર્જનાત્મકતા અને ખેલદિલી ખીલે તે હેતુથી પેઇન્ટિંગ (ચિત્રકલા) અને વિવિધ રમતગમતની પ્રવૃત્તિઓનું પણ આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

વહીવટી કાર્યની વ્યસ્તતા વચ્ચે અધિકારીઓમાં માનસિક તાજગી અને પરસ્પર તાલમેલ વધારવા માટેનો આ એક સરાહનીય પ્રયાસ હતો. જેમાં માઈન્ડફુલ મેડિટેશનના માધ્યમથી સ્ટ્રેસ મેનેજ કરવા ઉપર ભાર મૂકવામાં આવ્યો હતો.

આ કાર્યક્રમમાં રાહત કમિશનર શ્રી આલોક પાંડે, સેટલમેન્ટ કમિશનર શ્રી બીજલ શાહ તેમજ NDRFના ઉચ્ચ અધિકારીઓ ખાસ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા.

ટીમ બિલ્ડિંગના ભાગરૂપે યોજાયેલી રમતગમતની સ્પર્ધાઓમાં અધિકારીઓએ અને તેમના કુટુંબીજનોએ ઉત્સાહભેર ભાગ લીધો હતો. આ ઉપરાંત, પેઇન્ટિંગ એક્ટિવિટી દ્વારા કર્મચારીઓએ પોતાની કલાત્મક સૂઝ રજૂ કરી હતી.

NDRFના અધિકારીઓ સાથે આપત્તિ વ્યવસ્થાપન અને મહેસૂલ તંત્ર વચ્ચેના સમન્વયને એક નવો આયામ આપ્યો હતો.

અધિક મુખ્ય સચિવ શ્રી જયંતી રવિએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, કલા અને રમતગમત માનવીને તણાવમુક્ત રાખી નવી ઉર્જા આપે છે, જે કાર્યક્ષમ વહીવટ માટે અનિવાર્ય છે.

કાર્યક્રમના અંતે 'પોટલક' ભોજનનું આયોજન કરાયું હતું, જેમાં તમામ અધિકારીઓએ એકસાથે પોતે સ્વયં બનાવીને લાવેલાં ભોજનનો રસાસ્વાદ માણીને સામાજિક સમરસતાનું ઉદાહરણ પૂરું પાડ્યું હતું.

આ કાર્યક્રમ દ્વારા મહેસૂલ વિભાગના અધિકારીઓએ એક મજબૂત ટીમ તરીકે રાજ્યની જનતાની સેવા કરવા માટેનો મક્કમ નિર્ધાર વ્યક્ત કર્યો હતો.

વિભાગ દ્વારા તાજેતરમાં જમીન વહીવટી પ્રક્રિયાઓને વધુ સુગમ અને કાર્યક્ષમ બનાવવાના હેતુથી ક્રેડાઈ (CREDAI) ગુજરાતના પ્રતિનિધિઓ સાથે એક પ્રગતિશીલ બેઠક યોજવામાં આવી હતી. આ સંવાદનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્ય બિન-ખેતી (NA) પરવાનગી અને ૧૩૫-ડી નોટિસ તેમજ અન્ય સંબંધિત પ્રક્રિયાઓને વધુ ઝડપી, પારદર્શક અને ટેકનોલોજી-સભર બનાવવાનો છે.

વિભાગ અને ઉદ્યોગ અગ્રણીઓ વચ્ચેનો આ બેઠક સક્રિય મંજૂરીઓની પદ્ધતિને વધુ લોકાભિમુખ બનાવશે. આ પહેલ ગુજરાત સરકારની 'ઈઝ ઓફ ડુઈંગ બિઝનેસ' ની સંકલ્પનાને સાચા અર્થમાં વેગ આપીને રાજ્યના સર્વાંગી વિકાસમાં મહત્વનું યોગદાન આપશે.

મહેસૂલ વિભાગ અને ક્રેડાઈ વચ્ચેની આ મજબૂત ભાગીદારી ગુજરાતના જમીન વહીવટી માળખાને વધુ આધુનિક અને સમૃદ્ધ બનાવવાની દિશામાં એક સીમાચિહ્ન રૂપ સાબિત થશે.

Glimpses from the Inaugural Session

The Inaugural Session of the Two-day Training-cum-Workshop on the NAKSHA Programme for District Magistrates and Municipal Commissioners was held on 29 January 2026 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar.

The programme is being organized by Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence, Gujarat, with the objective of strengthening understanding of implementation strategies, best practices, and technological aspects of the NAKSHA Programme.

The inaugural session was graced by the Shri B. A. Shah, Settlement Commissioner and Director of Land Records, Government of Gujarat, Shri Shyam Kumar, Director, Department of Land Resources, Government of India, Shri Rajesh Meena, Deputy Director (Senior) and Centre Director BNY Centre for Rural Studies, LBSNAA along with senior officials from LBSNAA and other stakeholders.
