On 29/05/2026, a joint inspection along with Fishery Department, Jorhat was conducted in temporary fish market, New Vill road, Jorhat. Fish samples were tested for the presence of Formalin and the test was found to be negative for all the samples.

"Serve Safe Food" সন্দৰ্ভত ২৮ মে', ২০২৬ তাৰিখে কামৰূপ জিলাৰ আমিনগাঁৱত পদপথৰ খাদ্য বিক্ৰেতাসকলৰ বাবে এক 'খাদ্য সুৰক্ষা প্ৰশিক্ষণ আৰু প্ৰমাণপত্ৰ' কাৰ্যসূচী অনুষ্ঠিত হৈ যায়। অসমৰ খাদ্য সুৰক্ষা আয়ুক্তালয়ৰ উদ্যোগত, নেচলে ইণ্ডিয়া (Nestle India) আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ প্ৰশিক্ষণ সহযোগী প্ৰতিষ্ঠান 'নাচভি' (NASVI)-ৰ সহযোগত এই প্ৰশিক্ষণৰ আয়োজন কৰা হয়। দুটা গোটত মুঠ ৮৩ গৰাকী পদপথৰ খাদ্য বিক্ৰেতাক এই প্ৰশিক্ষণ প্ৰদান কৰা হয়, বিগত ৫ দিনত প্ৰশিক্ষণ লাভ কৰা মুঠ বিক্ৰেতাৰ সংখ্যা ৩৭৮ গৰাকীলৈ বৃদ্ধি পায়।

On 26.5.26, for Eat Right School, different activities are carried out in Saraighat LP School, Amingaon along with distribution of yellow, dart and teachers guide book and awareness to MDM worker. Also two teachers received HWA certificate for the school under the initiation.

On 25.5.26, with team FSW, Kamrup District, an awareness on Food Safety, FSSAI and FSW activities was given to students of Christ Jyoti School, Bajali, who had visited Kamrup District yesterday for their educational tour.

On 25.5.26, with team FSW, Kamrup District surveillance drive was carried out in Gauripur and Chowkigate area with 50 no. Of samples testing. During the drive approx 1 kg bundia was discarded with consent from FBO, due to the development of rancid smell.

On 26/05/26, a FSW drive was conducted in Biswanath District in Bapuji Higher Secondary School and Baghmari LP school where Students and MDM Cook cm Helpers were made aware on Food Safety and Good Food Practices followed by inspection of kitchen and collection of MDM samples.
