We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to join our team and support our daily office procedures. She will act as the point of contact for all stakeholders & employees providing administrative support and managing their queries.

Requirement:

a) Must be graduate/post-graduate with excellent communication skills in English.

b) Must have prior relevant experience in handling Administration & Operation.

c) Must be presentable and confident.

Responsibilities:

 Understands, accepts, and abides by the School’s philosophy and mission.
 Punctual and maintains regular attendance.
 Attends telephonic queries in a pleasant & informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the school.
 Is a Team player, works with courtesy & tact in graciously dealing with the visitors.
 Develops a positive, welcoming and caring climate in the Front Office.
 Effectively perform all the duties assigned by the Principal and displays accountability and trust.
 Spontaneous in understanding and interpreting oral instructions.
 Has excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
