Rohit was born and brought up in the foot hills of mighty Himalayas in the town named Salon. He spent his childhood admiring the nature & the beautiful valleys.

Growing up he saw his valley slowing deteriorating as the human footprint increased in the area. Deeply worried about the conditions his birthplace, he started looking for a solution where people can live in harmony with nature. He realised that one of the ways to achieve this is to minimise wastage of available resources by buying goods that stand the test of time and can be used for whole life. So began the quest to find something that a build to last forever.

His quest ended in London where he came across a charity auction with some beautiful Swiss military bags and satchels from World War II. Made out of rugged waxed canvas, beautiful vegetable tanned leather & thick harness leather. The Rawness of the goods, all natural materials and the fact that the goods lasted for almost a century gave him the answer he was looking for.

In early 2017 he decided to go all in and Beast Craft Goods was founded with its retail cm workshop located in a trendy, hipster location of Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi. In 3 years Beast Craft Goods have shipped and spread the idea of sustainable & minimal lifestyle with their everlasting products across America, Europe & Indian Subcontinent.
