The Unemployment of Educated Youth has attained critical proportions and is directly impacting our Social Fibre. The Govt. of India is today committed to carryon the process of necessary reforms so that the Indian citizens are able to cope with the challenges posed by the unemployment crisis by working towards the employment of youth by entrepreneurship and Skill Development.
Skill and knowledge are the driving forces of economic growth and social development of country in rapidly growing economics like India with a vast and ever-increasing population, the problem in two-fold. On one hand, there is a severe paucity of highly-trained, quality labour, while on the other, large section of the population possess little or no job skills. The continuously upgraded skills, knowledge and internationally recognized qualifications to gain access to decent employment and ensure India’s competitiveness in the dynamic global market.
MISSION NATION BUILDING through SKILL DEVELOPMENT is an Outreach Programme to mobilize 400 million youth for SKILLS training launched by the Govt. of India to mobilize under privileged youth for skills training, Foundation JPS, All India Fire & Disaster Management Council in association with HIMCON & HARDICON and likewise entities.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna programme being conducted under the guidance of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2.4 million people are expected to be benefitted with their skills developed for employability. Skilling today has been recognized as an agent of social transformation and bridging the employability gap which has widened and as per industry figures 9% of the general graduates and 18% of the Engineering Graduates only get employed as of today.
Further the various programmes under taken by various ministries of Govt. of India and the State Govt. The skilling initiatives of Foundation JPS and All India Fire & Disaster Council both Govt. Regd. Non-Governmental Organizations alongwith the partnership with CAG audited PSU Banks and Govt. of India’s Financial Institutions promoted HIMCON & HARDICON are expected to impart trainings to individuals on PAN India basis to increase their earning capacity through entrepreneurship and BETTER utilization of acquired knowledge through these initiatives. The programme has blessing and guidance of some of the highly acclaimed bureaucrats and civil servants of the Govt. of India.
In the Indian Context for every Educational Institution it is of Prime Concern:
That it should have maximum numbers of students absorbed through CAMPUS PLACEMENT every year.
Desirable it should have a Govt. or Govt. backed organization to give certifications for its short term courses-Certificate, Advance Certificate Diploma and Advance Diploma.
This will enhance the IMAGE of the educational Institutions and give its churned out products (students) and edge in employability.
In this age of cut throat competition Good amount of Additional REVENUE can be mapped through imparting trainings through these short term courses by the educational Institution.
A genuine nation building activity can be carried out being a part of this programme. Every student who has undergone organization would be given a certification from the Govt. Agency on payment of Rs. 300/- to the Prime Minister Relief Fund.
The name of the successful students who have been imparted trainings would be posted on the website. This would impart recognition, and confidence to the successful students who had undergone the training.
Lot of promotion would be done on the social media regarding this “MISSION NATION BUIDLING” programme conducted by HIMCON.
This programme would attract a possibly large numbers and thus a possible entry into Guinness Book of would Records.

- France has 75% people Skilled,
- Germany has 80% people Skilled,
- Korea has 96% people Skilled,
- Whereas India has only 2% people skilled. The present Govt. is trying hard through various measures to increase it to 8%.
Our Hon’ble Prime Minister has launched massive programmes to skill most of the Indians. “Mission Nation Building” is a Step in this direction.
Objective - TO be able to reach one million fellow Indians duly imparted the trainings that would help them to EARN more and spread knowledge for the benefit of fellow Indians.
As per the data available widely known only 8-10% of the gradates get jobs every years in India and 18 to 20% of the Engineers get absorbed in various jobs.
