In Episode 5 of Suno Shakti, our Deputy Dean of Student Welfare, Prof. Dr. Sanjna Vij, spoke about how, in today’s fast-paced, social media-driven world, we often drift away from prioritizing our health. She encouraged the youth to stay active, listen to their bodies, and make mindful, healthy choices.
She also commended the Nari Swasthya Sankalp initiative for its efforts in strengthening the women’s ecosystem, while emphasizing that true empowerment begins with caring for our own well-being. 🤍✨

Nari Swasthya Sankalp at Amity University was more than just a health mela, it was a reminder that care begins with awareness and courage 💗
With a dedicated mammography van for breast cancer screening and expert doctors from Rajiv Gandhi Hospital offering gynecological and oral cancer check-ups, the day stood as a quiet promise to every woman, to prioritize her health, to listen to her body, and to never ignore the early signs. ✨
Grateful to the Rotary Club and Women Cell for making this meaningful initiative possible. 🚺
