When Allegations Are Ignored, Democracy Suffers
BJP MLA Jayanta Malla Baruah from Assam was accused of involvement in the theft of mother cows, an issue that directly affects farmers, indigenous communities, and cultural values of our state.
Yet, the ruling BJP government has not taken any visible action to clarify the allegations or ensure a transparent investigation.
Is this what “double engine government” means?
Is accountability only for opposition leaders and common citizens?
Why the silence when serious accusations are raised against a BJP MLA?
Assam deserves truth, transparency, and equal justice, not selective action based on political power.
The people have the right to know the facts.
No one should be above the law.

সাধাৰণ ৰাইজক GSTৰ পৰা মূল্যবৃদ্ধিৰ লৈকে, নিতৌ প্ৰয়োজনীয় নিত্য-নতু বস্তুৰ অত্যধিক দামত কোঙা কৰি পেলাই কোটি কোটি টকাৰ লোন লৈ ৰাজ্য চলোৱা এগৰাকী মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰীৰ পত্নীৰ এইয়া সম্প্ৰতিৰ তালিকা ।

মন্ত্ৰী পীযূষ হাজৰিকা এতিয়া কোটি কোটি টকাৰ সম্পত্তিৰ মালিক। সমাজৰ হৈ সেৱা কৰিবলৈ ৰাইজে ভোট দি জিকোৱা নেতাই কেনেকৈ ঘটিছে সম্পত্তিৰ পাহাৰ? শুনিলে আপুনিও চিন্তিত হ’ব। আপুনি ভাবিবও নোৱাৰে পীযূষ হাজৰিকা এতিয়া কিমান ধনী!
