CIB ASSAM

On 21-08-2024,New joined IBs ,Sh Bitupan Sarma and Sh A Teron ,were introduced to the major reparing of a Boiler3 Guwahati Refinery. A great opportunity for them as a part of on the job appraisal & training.The appraisal and training was organised and conducted by CIB (N.Borah)in assistance with Inspection,Operation & Mechanical Division at Ghy Refinery.The training & Inspection was comprised of-
1)Exposure to GAD drawing(General Arrangement Drawing)
2)Technical Discussions.
3)Material Inspections.
4)Exposure to all pressure parts and reasons for replacements of the defective parts.
5) Finally a group photo in front of the Boiler 3 , with IOCL Ghy refinery Engineers.

Inspection of fit up were held before welding at Numaligarh Refinery Limited new project site.

Inspection carried out at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Bongaigaon Refinery by Chief Inspector of Boilers,Assam ,Sh N.Borah along with one Sr. Officer Sh S.Ali.

Inspection was held in New project at APL,Boitamari,Bongaigaon.
