We the NSS Unit in collaboration with NCC Unit of Cotton University along with Youth For Seva (NGO) and Democratic Student’s Forum Of Assam (A forum to unite the social workers and social activists) organised the flood relief camp at Hajo, Uttar ketekibari ,covered three villages which were mostly affected by the devastating flood.Food kits consist of rice,dal,biscuits,Cera/muri, detol soap /liquid,mosquito coils and milk were provided to hundreds of the victims.Hirak Jyoti Bora expresses his gratitude as the founder of DSFA to Ramen Boro, Syed Salim, Ibrahim Khalil, Rishiraj Deka, Nitu Das, GyAn Deuri, DB Lincuon , Leenakshmi Nath, Tanmi Hazarika, Seema Sapkota, Pranita for their support and hard work without which this drive and today’s camp wouldn’t have been possible.

Tomorrow we are going to distribute the flood relief kit at Hajo.
