A Special Presence That Made the Session More Meaningful.

We were honoured by the presence of Dr. B.R. Shrivastava Sir, Managing Trustee, Jan Vikas Nyas, whose encouragement and vision continue to strengthen initiatives that place patient care, awareness and holistic well-being at the heart of healthcare.

We were also privileged to have Dr. Gunjan Shrivastav Ma'am, Medical Oncologist, Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Gwalior, join the session and interact with the patients. She beautifully emphasized the importance of physiotherapy, physical activity and safe movement as an integral part of the patient's overall healthcare journey.

Their presence reminded us of a powerful message:-

When medical care meets movement, healing becomes a more complete journey.

The session focused on simple therapeutic exercises, stretching, breathing exercises, mobility, and safe movement practices to support patients' strength, function, confidence and overall well-being.

For every patient fighting a battle, movement is not just exercise — it is a step towards strength, independence and hope.

Every patient has a journey.
Every effort matters.
Every move counts.
