a) The above mentioned deployment rates are based on 7 days a week basis and the prices are inclusive of all charges including our contribution towards ESI, PF, Bonus, Substitutes for weekly offs, and reliever. It also includes cost of uniform for security personnel, etc. b) The rates quoted above are based on Salary/ wages, cost of materials and other expenses. In case of variation in the rate of wage as notified by the Government the unit rates shall be revised proportionately. Service tax or any other tax shall be effective as per rates notified by the government. c) In the event of any increase in cost of materials or cost of other services that are to be provided under this Contract, Varahi Security Service will increase the rates accordingly as per the increase in the Minimum Wages of Uttarakhand Govt. d) Minimum lead-time of 1-2 weeks should be provided in order to mobilize the trained manpower to start the contract. e) The prices are valid till there is any further increase in the paid wages of the above categories from the date of proposal. f) Guarding services will only commence after signing of the contract agreement.
