* Drink more water in summer.
* Try to stay indoor during afternoon
time.

day time cover your head with cap
or turben.
* Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
* Try to go for a walk in the morning.
* Wet a handkerchief with cold water
and try to wipe your face now and
then.
