The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG-RERA) is pleased to announce the establishment of its Public Grievance and Guidance Cell (PGGC).

The cell was officially inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Hon’ble Justice, Sri A. Santhosh Reddy, Chairperson of Telangana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (TG-REAT), in the presence of Dr. N. Satyanarayana, IAS, Chairman of TG-RERA, Sri Pradeep Kumar Reddy, judiciary member of TG-REAT, Dr. Janardhan Reddy, IAS, Director of Administrative Staff College of India, Hon’ble members of the authority Sri Jannu Laxmi Narayana and Sri K. Srinivas Rao and official staff of the TG RERA Authority.

PGGC is a single-window, facilitation center to offer guidance, information, assistance in filing complaints to stakeholders (Homebuyers, Promoters/Developers, Agents) and, create awareness among prospective homebuyers.
