WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATIONS OF ALETA

ALETA has sponsored 5 of its members to attend a two day simulation program for entrepreneurs which has been organised for the first time in Hyderabad. The program has gone viral across the globe with 15000 plus entrepreneurs benefiting from this. It is a must do mini MBA in 2 days. The fee for the 2 day simulation session is Rs 25000/-. As a special offer to ALETA members it was free.

🎯Sahana comes with 15+ years of industry experience in Learning & Development, is a certified Psychological Counsellor and Transformational Coach.
She has vast experience in training in various industry verticals, predominantly ITES & IT.
She currently holds the position of Sr. Training Manager with an ITES company.

Subject: Invitation for Millennium Alliance Round-5 Grant Challenge, workshop for Indian Innovations on 2/18/2017, at T-Hub, IIIT-H Campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032.

The Millennium Alliance (MA) was founded in 2012 by the Technology Development Board (TDB), Government of India; US Agency for International Development (USAID); and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) as a platform to identify, test, and scale innovations which bring improvements at the Bottom of the Pyramid (BOP) level.

The MA takes a unique innovation-driven and impact-focused approach to development. It responds to a wave of entrepreneurship which brings creative and innovative solutions to entrenched social problems. As a network, MA aims to bring together various actors within India's social innovation ecosystem including, but not limited to, social innovators, philanthropy organizations, social venture capitalists, angel investors, donors, service providers, and corporate foundations, to stimulate and facilitate financial and non-financial contributions from the private and public sectors in support of development innovation.

The Alliance intended to provide innovators Grant of - Rs. 30.00 Lakhs to Rs. 1.00 Cr based on certain parameters, along with a range of services such as seed funding, grants, incubation and accelerator services, networking opportunities, business support services, knowledge exchange, technical assistance and facilitates access to equity, debt and other capital.

About the Workshop :

The Millennium Alliance Innovation Awards is currently in its 5th round, for each round the Millennium Alliance has been conducting Innovation Workshops across the country. The outcome & expectation from such workshops is to connect with innovators directly or indirectly through their business associates peers and well-wishers. The Millennium Alliance proposes to award and aid in promotion of select innovations. Around 100 Social Enterprises from different sectors have benefitted from the Alliance in the past 4 years for projects to implement in India and also for replication of Indian Innovation in the developing countries. Innovations in the following sectors are identified and awarded:

Education
Water and Sanitation
Health
Agriculture/ Food Security
Clean Energy / Climate Change
Others
