TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR OUR SECURITY PERSONNEL
1. Outdoor Training:
Physical Training
Foot drill, Savdhan, Vishram, Tej Chal, Thum, Murna – Dahina, Baya and Pichhe
Lathi drill – use of short and long lathi and baton.
Un-armed close combat
Patrolling
2. Indoor Training:
Uniforms – wearing of uniform, belt, cap and boots. Correcting of each other and use of ceremonial uniforms.
Security – What is security? How do you achieve desired security? How does training help in achieving desired standard of security?
Documents – documents required to be maintained by security staff – Attendance & Shift Register, Material In & Out Register, Visitors Book, Employees Attendance Register, Key register, Staff movement, Vehicle kms readings, Occurrence register, Courier / Mail , Telephone book, Message register, etc.
Passes – checking of Gate Pass (Returnable & non-returnable), Visitor pass and ‘I’ Card registers, maintenance of Gate Passes and ‘I’ Cards. Reading roman numerals.
Visitors – screening visitors, maintenance of Visitors Book, issuing passes, checking of visitors vehicles, checking of unauthorized items (ci******es, matches, drugs, etc) / baggage / laptops / PDA / camera mobiles / pen drives / CD’s / Floppies, etc.
Client’s Employees – screening & checking of employees ID cards, maintenance of Employees Attendance Register, checking of unauthorized items (ci******es, matches, drugs, etc) / baggage / laptops / PDA / camera mobiles / pen drives / CD’s / Floppies, etc.
Material Movement – checking & maintenance of Registers for incoming and outgoing material. Checking of incoming and outgoing vehicles, recording of delivery and receiving challans.
Intrusion – action of noticing intrusion, prevention of intrusion, arrest of intruder, interrogation of intruder and reporting thereof.
Labour unrest – reasons for labour unrest, prevention of such unrest and precautions to be taken by security staff.
Sabotage – type of sabotage, catch, arrest of sabotage and inform high authorities immediately.
Liaison – with the Police, Civil Authorities and Management.
Relationship – with Employees, Management and Union and Union Leaders.
Offence – type of offence, arrest, disposal and reporting of offences.
Telephone – dialing of phones, making calls and answering calls, maintenance of telephone log book and important telephone nos. like – Police Control Room, Local Police, Factory Manager and Fire Station.
