Educating the mind must go hand in hand with educating the heart.

Members of the Department of Karmik and Adhyatmik Affairs (DoKAA) called on me today and shared the essence of the Social, Emotional and Ethical (SEE) Learning programme and the recently concluded workshop in Tawang.

I congratulate the entire DoKAA team for the successful conduct of the programme and for promoting a more compassionate, ethical and holistic approach to education. My best wishes as this important initiative is taken forward across the state.
