Anirudh Charitable Trust

Under the umbrella of Anirudh Charitable Trust, we conduct workshops and events to motivate students, corporate professionals, police personnel, and many other sections of society on how to manage and overcome stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges.

As part of this initiative, we recently organized a workshop for 250 students of classes 10 to 12 at S.S.G. Pareek School, Jaipur. The session included interactive discussions and light activities that created an open and positive environment for the students.

Our motto is:

We emphasize the importance of not being attached to the past, learning to live in the present, and planning for the future—without letting stress take over.

Mental health needs a great deal of attention. It’s the final taboo and it needs to be faced and dealt with.”

Anirudh Charitable Trust organised Mental Health Awareness Camp today that focused on teaching mindfulness techniques, basic coping skills , shared information about 'what is mental health', "what are the signs of poor and good mental health, And a list of local local resources that community members need for medical counselling and / or therapy sessions. The session was attended by over 50 Police officers, College students and Staff, people from various fields , Rotarian and senior citizens.

We are truly Thankful to our Guest speakers Dr I.D Gupta, MD Psychiatrist (SMS Psychiatry Center, Jaipur and Dean Student Welfare SMS college),Dr.Preet Kamal Clinical Psychologist, Motivational Speaker Arvind Singh ji. The Event was anchored by Dr Samta Soni ( Rajasthan Nursing college) and Arun Keematkar ji .We thank them for the support and guidance.
