Labour Reforms for Aatmanirbhar Bharat have strengthened ESIC coverage nationwide. Earlier, hazardous-process units lacked uniform mandatory coverage. Now, ESIC is compulsory for any establishment with even one employee in hazardous processes, ensuring stronger safety and social security for workers.

नई श्रम संहिता: बागवानी कामगारों का सुरक्षा कवच अब 10+ मजदूर या 5+ हेक्टेयर बागानों पर लेबर कोड लागू, साथ ही सुरक्षा उपकरण, प्रशिक्षण और ईएसआई स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएँ सुनिश्चित की जाएँगी। मज़दूरों और उनके परिवारों की भलाई और बच्चों की शिक्षा भी इस कवच में शामिल है ।
