Bharat is an eternal nation. It was an independent nation even when the civilisation didn't start in most of Europe. It's improper to say that we are celebrating the 79th on . Better to say it's the 79th anniversary of the end of British rule in India.

The Supreme Court endorsed the safeguards laid down by the Allahabad High Court in it's 2017 judgment regarding the establishment of the Family Welfare Committee (“FWC”) to prevent the misuse of Section 498A IPC(cruelty offence) in matrimonial disputes.
