The course on “Community Policing & Stakeholder Engagement: A Collaborative Approach”, scheduled from 29.09.2026 to 30.09.2026, was inaugurated today at BPR&D-CDTI, Kolkata.
Total 14 participants in the rank of SI to Inspector from Assam Police, Bihar police, Nagaland police Kolkata police,West Bengal Police and CISF participated in the course.

इस कोर्स में असम पुलिस, बिहार पुलिस, नागालैंड पुलिस, कोलकाता पुलिस, पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस और CISF के SI से इंस्पेक्टर रैंक के कुल 14 लोगों ने हिस्सा लिया।

BPR&D–CDTI Kolkata

The 2-day course for **34 Assistant Public Prosecutors (Service), West Bengal**, held on **21–22 September 2026**, concluded successfully.

Key sessions covered **ICJS, CCTNS 2.0, e-Prosecution, e-Sakshya, NAFIS, Digital Evidence, Trial Tracking, Case Diary Management** and other technology-enabled justice systems.

The course concluded with a **Post-Assessment Test and Feedback Session**, with active participation from all participants.

“New Laws, SOP, e-Sakshya and ICJS में Advancement” विषय पर 07–11 सितंबर 2026 तक आयोजित 5-दिवसीय Course का आज Sh. Sanat Kumar Dutta, VP, BPR&D द्वारा उद्घाटन किया गया।

👮 विभिन्न States/UTs एवं Central Police Organisations के SI से DySP Rank के 23 Police Officers भाग ले रहे हैं।

📚 Day 1 में Nyaya Sanhita, Case Diary & Charge Sheet, Investigation Timelines, Medico-Legal Examination एवं PM Reports पर Sessions आयोजित किए गए।

BPR&D–CDTI Kolkata एवं NCRB द्वारा पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस के सहयोग से आयोजित 5-दिवसीय Training of Trainers (ToT) Course on Nyaya Sanhita का 28.08.2026 को SVSPA, बैरकपुर में सफलतापूर्वक समापन हुआ।

👮 17 जिलों/इकाइयों के 55 अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। प्रशिक्षण में CCTNS, ICJS, NAFIS, Cri-MAC तथा न्याय संहिता के प्रमुख प्रावधानों पर व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

कार्यक्रम का समापन वैलेडिक्शन एवं प्रमाण-पत्र वितरण के साथ हुआ, जिससे न्याय संहिताओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु मास्टर ट्रेनर्स की क्षमता सुदृढ़ हुई।

collaboration with West Bengal Police, successfully concluded the 5-day Training of Trainers (ToT) Course on Nyaya Sanhita for Master Trainers on 28.08.2026 at SVSPA, Barrackpore.

👮 55 officers from 17 districts/units participated. Training covered CCTNS, ICJS, NAFIS, Cri-MAC and key provisions of Nyaya Sanhita, with practical focus on policing and investigation.

The programme concluded with valediction and certificate distribution, strengthening the capacity of Master Trainers for effective implementation of the Nyaya Sanhita.

*BPR&D–CDTI Kolkata एवं NCRB द्वारा कोलकाता पुलिस एवं पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस के सहयोग से आयोजित 5-दिवसीय “न्याय संहिता हेतु मास्टर ट्रेनर्स के लिए Training of Trainers (ToT) Course” का 28 अगस्त 2026 को KPTA, डुमुरजला, हावड़ा में सफलतापूर्वक समापन हुआ।

अंतिम दिवस 50 पुलिस अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। सत्रों में अभियोजन समन्वय, ट्रायल की तैयारी, न्यायालयीन प्रक्रिया, केस डायरी, विवेचना की समय-सीमा एवं BNSS के प्रासंगिक प्रावधानों पर चर्चा की गई।

तीनों बैच सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण, जिससे न्याय संहिता के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु मास्टर ट्रेनर्स की क्षमता सुदृढ़ हुई।

On the final day, 50 police officers participated in sessions on prosecution coordination, trial preparation, court procedures, case diary, investigation timelines and relevant BNSS provisions by eminent guest faculties.

The Valediction Session was attended by Sh. Skumar Ghosh, DySP (Trg.), CDTI Kolkata a awwnd Sh. Prabol Bandyopadhyay, ACP, KPTA Dumurjola**.

All three batches were successfully completed, strengthening the capacity of Master Trainers for effective implementation of Nyaya Sanhita.

BPR&D–CDTI, कोलकाता एवं NCRB द्वारा कोलकाता पुलिस एवं पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस के सहयोग से “न्याय संहिता पर मास्टर ट्रेनर्स हेतु ट्रेनिंग ऑफ ट्रेनर्स (ToT) कोर्स” का 5 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम 24–28 अगस्त 2026 तक KPTA, डुमुरजुला, हावड़ा में आयोजित किया जा रहा है।
कार्यक्रम के तीसरे दिन NCRB के तकनीकी प्लेटफॉर्म, CCTNS, IIFs, GD एवं शिकायत आदि पर सैद्धांतिक एवं व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण तथा **न्याय संहिता के प्रमुख प्रावधानों एवं क्रियान्वयन पर सत्र आयोजित किए गए।
कार्यक्रम में 50 पुलिस अधिकारी भाग ले रहे हैं। इसका उद्देश्य न्याय संहिता के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु मास्टर ट्रेनर्स की क्षमता को सुदृढ़ करना है।

On Day 3, 50 police officers participated in sessions on CCTNS, IIFs, GD, Complaints and ICJS/NCRB platforms, including hands-on training, along with sessions on the key provisions and implementation of Nyaya Sanhita by eminent faculty.

The programme aims to strengthen Master Trainers’ capacity for effective implementation of Nyaya Sanhita.

BPR&D -CDTI, Kolkata एवं NCRB द्वारा *पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस के सहयोग से*“न्याय संहिता पर मास्टर ट्रेनर्स हेतु ट्रेनिंग ऑफ ट्रेनर्स (ToT) कोर्स”का 5 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम **24–28 अगस्त 2026 तक SVSPA, बैरकपुर में आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

कार्यक्रम में पश्चिम बंगाल के 17 पुलिस जिलों/इकाइयों के 56 पुलिस अधिकारी* भाग ले रहे हैं। प्रशिक्षण के प्रथम दो दिनों में *NCRB के तकनीकी प्लेटफॉर्म एवं ICJS एप्लीकेशंस* पर व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जबकि तीसरे दिन BNS, BNSS एवं BSA के दर्शन, उद्देश्यों एवं प्रमुख परिवर्तनों, तकनीक आधारित पुलिसिंग, जवाबदेही, संगठित अपराध तथा क्रियान्वयन में पुलिस की भूमिका पर चर्चा की गई।

कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य न्याय संहिता के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु मास्टर ट्रेनर्स की क्षमता को सुदृढ़ करना हैl

BPR&D- CDTI, Kolkata and NCRB, in collaboration with West Bengal Police, are conducting the 5-day “Training of Trainers (ToT) Course on Nyaya Sanhita for Master Trainers” from 24–28 August 2026 at **SVSPA, Barrackpore.

The programme is being attended by 56 police officers from 17 districts/units of West Bengal. The first two days focused on **NCRB technology platforms and ICJS applications, while the third day focused on the **philosophy, objectives and transformative changes under BNS, BNSS & BSA, including technology-driven policing, accountability, organised crime and the role of police in implementation.

The programme aims to strengthen the capacity of Master Trainers for effective implementation of Nyaya Sanhita.

BPR&D–CDTI Kolkata, Training Program on NDPS Investigation in collaboration with Mizoram Police, conducted Day 2 of the 3-day training programme at Aizawl.

Special faculty Sh Prabhat Singh ACP (Rtd.), Sh. Aman Usman, Public Prosecutor, Sh. Rakesh Kumar, Narcotics cell, Delhi Police, from Delhi were invited to impart focused sessions on **Technical Investigation, Financial Investigation, NDPS Act, and integration of MANAS & NIDAN portals** for strengthening field investigation and intelligence capabilities.

BPR&D–CDTI कोलकाता और मिज़ोरम पुलिस ने मिलकर आइजोल में NDPS जांच पर 3 दिन के ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम का दूसरा दिन आयोजित किया.
फील्ड जांच और इंटेलिजेंस क्षमताओं को मजबूत करने के लिए **टेक्निकल जांच, फाइनेंशियल जांच, NDPS एक्ट, और MANAS व NIDAN पोर्टल्स के एकीकरण** पर खास सेशन देने के लिए दिल्ली से स्पेशल फैकल्टी के तौर पर ACP (रिटायर्ड) श्री प्रभात सिंह, पब्लिक प्रॉसिक्यूटर श्री अमन उस्मान और दिल्ली पुलिस के नारकोटिक्स सेल से श्री राकेश कुमार को बुलाया गया था।
