Mandatory "Vande Mataram" in Schools: As of November 10, 2025, CM Yogi announced that the singing of the national song "Vande Mataram" will be compulsory in all educational institutions across the state to foster national pride and unity.
Zero Poverty Campaign (Phase 2): The second phase has been launched to ensure every poor household has access to basic needs, including sanitation, education, clean energy, and housing under schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Kanya Sumangala Yojana.
Increased Financial Aid for Workers' Daughters' Marriage: The government has raised the financial assistance for the marriage of construction workers' daughters to up to ₹85,000.
Age Relaxation for Agniveers: Age relaxation and reservation in the police force have been announced for 'Agniveers' (soldiers recruited under the central government's short-term military recruitment scheme).
Reforms in PWD: Financial powers of Public Works Department (PWD) officers were increased fivefold to expedite projects and enhance transparency and accountability. For instance, the Chief Engineer can now approve works up to ₹10 crores.
Strict Anti-Cheating Law: A stringent law against paper leaks and cheating in examinations was enacted in 2024, with severe penalties including long imprisonment and heavy fines for offenders.
