যোৱা ৭ অক্টোবৰ, ২০২৬ তাৰিখে মাজুলীৰ সন্মানীয় বিশেষ ন্যায়াধীশ শ্ৰীমতী তৃপ্তি আৰিৰ আদালতে গড়মূৰ থানাৰ গোচৰ নং ৫০/২০২৪-ৰ সন্দৰ্ভত এক গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ ৰায় প্ৰদান কৰে।

এগৰাকী নাবালিকাক ধৰ্ষণ কৰি গৰ্ভৱতী কৰাৰ অভিযোগত দৰিয়া আলিছিগা গাঁৱৰ কটকা ভেৰুৱাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে গোচৰটো ৰুজু কৰা হৈছিল।

ৰায়দানত আদালতে অভিযুক্তক—

🔹 ভাৰতীয় দণ্ডবিধি আইনৰ ৪৫১ ধাৰাৰ অধীনত ২ বছৰৰ সশ্ৰম কাৰাদণ্ড আৰু ₹১০,০০০/- জৰিমনা বিহে। জৰিমনা অনাদায় হ’লে অতিৰিক্ত ৬ মাহৰ কাৰাদণ্ডৰ নিৰ্দেশ দিয়া হয়।

🔹 ভাৰতীয় দণ্ডবিধি আইনৰ ৫০৬ ধাৰাৰ অধীনত ২ বছৰৰ সশ্ৰম কাৰাদণ্ড আৰু ₹১০,০০০/- জৰিমনা বিহে। জৰিমনা অনাদায় হ’লে অতিৰিক্ত ৬ মাহৰ কাৰাদণ্ডৰ নিৰ্দেশ দিয়া হয়।

🔹 POCSO Act - ৰ ৬ নং ধাৰাৰ অধীনত ২০ বছৰৰ সশ্ৰম কাৰাদণ্ড আৰু ₹১০,০০০/- জৰিমনা বিহে। জৰিমনা অনাদায় হ’লে অতিৰিক্ত ৬ মাহৰ কাৰাদণ্ডৰ নিৰ্দেশ দিয়া হয়।

গোচৰটোৰ ভুক্তভোগী নাবালিকাগৰাকীক—যিয়ে পৰৱৰ্তী সময়ত এটি পুত্ৰ সন্তান প্ৰসৱ কৰে—Victim Compensation Scheme-ৰ অধীনত ৫ লাখ টকাৰ সাহায্য প্ৰদান কৰা হয়।

শিশুৰ বিৰুদ্ধে সংঘটিত যৌন অপৰাধৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত ন্যায় নিশ্চিত কৰাটো কেৱল আইন-শৃংখলাৰ বিষয় নহয়; ই আমাৰ সমাজৰ সামূহিক দায়িত্ব।

Today, a Thana-level Nagrik Committee meeting was held at Majuli Police Station with VDP members. Discussions focused on the new criminal laws, prevention of drug abuse and illicit liquor, traffic rules and cleanliness ahead of Rass Mahotsav.

Meanwhile, Nayabazar PP conducted an awareness programme at UMK College on traffic rules, road safety, mandatory helmet use and drug-related offences.
