- Foods that are not fresh and are unnatural, overcooked, stale and processed.
- All foods from refined flour, pastries, pizza, burgers, chocolates, soft drinks.
- Mind stimulants like.. Tea, coffee, to***co.
- Intoxicants like alcohol, wine also fall under this category.
TAMAS means darkness implying stagnation in person and degeneration of health.
The tamasik personality suffers from intense mood swings, insecurities, desires, cravings and is not able to deal with others in a balanced manner.
Know your body. स्वाध्यायः or self-introspection is an essential element of our well being in order to tell others. What, why, where, how of ourselves in concise and precise manner.
