खूप वर्षानंतर मी फेसबुक द्वारे आपल्याशी सपंर्क साधत आहे. मधल्या काही वर्षात मी माझा संपूर्ण वेळ हा पीचडी रिसर्च चे Dissertation / Thesis लिहण्यासाठी आणि लिखाण शिकण्यासाठी घालविला. त्यामुळे मी निदान आपले लिखाण पूर्ण करून माझ्या मा. गाईड कडे संपूर्द केले आहे.

यामधून थोडीशी फुर्सत मिळत नाही. तोच नवीन संघर्षाला सुरुवात झालेली आहे. बाबुलाल वर्मा, ओमकार बिल्डर, SRA आणि जी साऊथ वॉर्ड यांच्या प्रशासनाशी आजीच्या झोपद्याबाबत चुकीच्या पद्धतीने आणि सर्व नियम धाब्यावर बसवून आमची झोपडी बुलडोझर लावून तोडण्याची भाषा करीत आहे.

याबाबत माझी ऍड. पत्नी ही कायदेशीर अभ्यास करून भ्रष्ट आतंकवादी असेलेला बिल्डर आणि प्रशासन यांना कायदेशीर मार्गाने उत्तर देत आहे. हा भाग वरळी मतदारसंघामध्ये मोडत आहे. आणि मराठीचा बाल्लेकिल्ला म्हणून ओळखा जातो. परंतु येथेच मराठी माणसांना हाकले जात आहे आणि त्यांचा गळा आवळण्याचे काम हे मराठी नेते, प्रशासकीय अधिकारी हे परप्रांतीय बाबुलाल वर्मा यांच्या माध्यमातून करीत आहेत.

माझ्या पत्नी कडून कायदेशीरपणे आणि नियमात असलेली रजिस्टर अग्रीमेंट, बिल्डिंग प्लॅन, मॅप, रेरा मधील नोंदणी आणि प्रशासकीय NOC यांची मागणी केली आहे. परंतु बिल्डर आणि त्यांची माणसे गणेशन केशवन आणि सिंग यांच्याकडून आमची लाईट बंद करणे, नाल्यामध्ये आणि येणाऱ्या जाणाऱ्या रस्त्यात डेब्रिज टाकून बाथरूम मधील पाणी जाण्याचा मार्ग, येण्याजाण्याचा मार्ग बंद करणे अशा प्रकारे मानसिक त्रास दिला जात आहे.

I am Sunil Yadav, Manual Scavenger (MS), M/W, SWM Dept. MCGM
Yesterday, I got appointment letter of Maratha Survey duty, I accepted this letter & duty, I am grateful to MCGM administration because you considered me eligible (as per my education you are chose me) for survey but when MS want promotion as his / her education level through policies & rules, regulations that time your intellect and hand are paralyzed. Other hand, MCGM bank did not allow me to take an education loan because I am an employee, the bank still didn't give me information about my money on the paper (statement). It is shameful.
Even Maharashtra's CM also talked about promotion in the Nagpur Assembly 2022 but didn't implement it, so many times I tried for a meeting with CM but CM sir’s P.A is not allowed at the meeting's appointment. Another point is that half payment (remuneration) provided in the between survey A, B, C category but MS (in the 150 person list MS are 95%) will be getting only Rs.10,500/- why is this discrimination? (same work & same wage, it is equality), you didn't provide to me information regarding Revision of pay scales of municipal employees / labor categories here also left to D category. My CDO Post regarding promotion I sent to you notice because planning dept. and administration dept. Didn't give me information through RTI (why did you decline the opportunity in the CDO post?) Even though I want information regarding the MS merit education list of promotion it is also denied to me. You consider us slaves.
In the office my sub engineer (B.E. Engineer) he every time asked me that when you completed your PhD? I think he has no idea regarding Ph.D education. My wife (Advocate) had complained his and others because he has been working at the same place more than 3 years, but did not take any action till now from administration

In the order number 9 point is very crucial to Manual Scavengers (Sewer Work) that any death in the sewer then principal employer is responsible & they should get refund from the contractors, building or other person who is charge and society.

I read all order of petition, my salute to your success but I would like to add 9 point that It's land mark judgment to all sewer workers in the future. ✊

What are barriers of fraternity, Metta, social democracy & transformation thought not reach to vulnerable people or vulnerable community but other side you see that right wing thought easily reach to vulnerable people or vulnerable community?
