On Fathers Day visited the enterprise my father Sudhakar Jadhav (Non Matric but skilled aeronautic maintenance engineer )who retired as an Station engineer from Gulf Air based out of Dubai since 23 years since 1971 had introduced around 50 years ago with the help of a flour mill machine with migrant employees ,
This enterprise till date is operational also acts as an pension plan for my parents
During the Pandemic when the entire Mumbai was lock downed
Janta flour mill catererd to the fundamental requirement of meals by providing 24/7 atta to all the families in Pratiksha Nagar (Sion Koliwada )Mumbai which is a predominantly 100% Bahujan resident and minority population area ensuring no stomach to be sleeping hungry
Need less to say here my father has always been inspired by his brothers and sisters and he is a great admirer of his younger brother Dr Narendra Jadhav who is the author of the revolutionary book on technology and its evolution and impact named New -Age Technology And Industrial Revolution 4.0
My father and his brothers and sisters and my grand father and grand mother too are undoubtedly influenced by none other than Dr B R Ambedkar who is fondly called as Babasaheb along with his rightful supporter Shri Dadasaheb Gaikwad ,
