Maybe I'm like Judas.

For thirty pieces of silver-he ain't worse than me. He betrayed You for money... and I did it all for free.

I traded You for temporary things, for attention, for comfort, for my own way. I knew Your voice, yet still chose mine. I knew the truth, yet still drifted. It wasn't just one moment. It was in the small compromises.

That's what I can't fully grasp.

You knew I would fail,

You knew every time I would fall short, every time I would choose myself over You,

and You still chose the cross.

*TRUST HIS TIMING*

Human life is controlled by time. We set our alarms when we go to sleep, in order to wake up every morning to carry out various tasks.

We are so occupied by time ⌛ that we cannot imagine a life without the concept time.

God is beyond the limitations of time and space. That is why the Bible says in 2 Peter 3:8-9 NIV.
_But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance ..._

We often want something for this moment, but when we don't get it we often lose hope or even our faith.

We fail to understand God who sometimes delays His answer so He can give us everything as a complete package.

This is what happened to Mary and Martha who lost their beloved brother, Lazarus. The Bible says that this was a family that Jesus loved.

I am sure the people would have wondered and murmured about Jesus behavior to a family that he loved so deeply

If Jesus had reached Bethany the same day Lazarus fell sick, - Lazarus would have received a simple healing from his sickness.

But when Jesus came in His own time, Lazarus received a full package -
- a new life and a renewed body…
- new flesh, new skin, new strength, and
- fresh blood flowing again.

Mary and Martha longed for Jesus to come “on time” to prevent death.

But Jesus intentionally arrived four days later.

In fact I got the impression that He was late so that He could reveal a greater glory: not simply healing the sick, but raising the dead in a renewed body.

_The sisters desired life for their brother_

*But Jesus desired life in a brand-new body for him.*

_That is the difference between our timing and His timing._

- He is never late.
- He is never early.

_He always arrives in His time_

God is taking too long...

David was anointed king while still tending sheep,but he didn't become a king overnight.

Between the promise and the palace were caves, betrayal, waiting, and silence.

God was shaping David's heart long before He revealed his calling. The delay wasn't denial. The process wasn't punishment. It was preparation.

If God has spoken something over your life that hasn't happened yet, don't doubt the promise trust the timing.

What feels like hidden years may actually be holy ground, where God is building the strength you'll need to carry the blessing.

*Do you see the Gospel in Christmas? Do you read the Christmas account regularly?*

- Jesus wasn't born in a palace, but in a manger.
- Not surrounded by royalty, but by humility.
- He came quietly, yet His arrival split history in two.

Christmas reminds us that God didn't wait for us to get it together, He came while we were still broken.

He wrapped Himself in flesh to reach us *where we were.*

*The cradle points to the cross. The manger leads to redemption. And love took on a name: Jesus.*

Christmas celebration is not only for 25th December. Every day in our lives is a Christmas. *It's about the Savior who left heaven to bring us home.*
