No. 1: AC technician’s description:

1- Specialize in the installation, maintenance or repair of all air conditioning units, like that: split, package, concealed, cassette, air handling units (AHU) and deluxe units.

2- Install piping with good insulation and fleering and welding of copper pipe.

3- And as well as connect drain water lines, wiring and controls.

4- Knowhowto test,check leakage, clean piping system, vacuum and refrigerant (Freon) charging.

5- Good reading of drawings and rectification dimensions with logically scale.

6- Should be made practical test.


No. 2: Duct fabrication technician’s description:
1- Good reading of drawings and rectification dimensions with logically scale.

2- Good fabrication for all pieces of duct specially, round to square and transition pieces.

3- Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment, such as ducts and casings.

4- Work may involve any of the following: setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal.

5- Shaping metal over anvils or forms using hammer

6- Operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts

7- Aluminum ducting fabrication.

8- Should be made practical test.

6- Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors.
