The Virar ROB is significantly improving connectivity between Virar East and West while addressing long-standing traffic congestion. The Road Over Bridge (ROB) at Virar has been inaugurated today by the Hon’ble Guardian Minister of Palghar district, Shri Ganesh Naik, and opened for public use, marking a significant boost to regional connectivity.

​Executed by MahaRail under the leadership of Shri Rajesh Kumar Jaiswal, Managing Director of MRIDC, the ROB is located between Virar and Vaitarna railway stations on Narangi Bypass Road in Palghar district.

​The newly constructed ROB at LC 41 will greatly improve connectivity between Virar East and West, while easing long-standing traffic congestion in the region.

Under the guidance of Shri Rajesh Kumar Jaiswal, Managing Director of the Maharashtra Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation (MRIDC), the MahaRail team continues work at the Byculla ROB site in Mumbai.

Segment S-22 er****on has been completed at Byculla CSB. A total of 19 segments out of 24 have now been launched, and 36 cables out of 40 have been successfully stressed.

This iconic structure will provide a vital, weather-resilient link between East and West Byculla, ensuring a seamless commute for Mumbaikars during the rainy season.
