Did you know that March 20th is the International Day of Happiness?
And this year, I’m doing something different.
Instead of just celebrating for that one day, I’m breaking down what happiness ACTUALLY means.
Introducing: The Happiness Series
Over the next 5 days, I’ll be sharing the science, strategy, and soul behind each letter of the word HAPPY:
H — [To be revealed Day 1]
A — [To be revealed Day 2]
P — [To be revealed Day 3]
P — [To be revealed Day 4]
Y — [To be revealed Day 5]
Each day, one letter. One insight. One tool you can use immediately.
Because happiness isn’t just a feeling. It’s a practice.
After 20+ years in holistic wellness, I’ve learned this:
Happiness isn’t something you chase. It’s something you build one intentional choice at a time.
And that’s exactly what this series will show you.
So, if you’ve been:
→ Feeling burnt out but not sure why
→ Achieving goals but still feeling empty
→ Chasing success but losing joy along the way
This series is for you.
Follow along. Save the posts. Share with someone who needs this.
Let’s make International Happiness Day more than just a hashtag.
Let’s make it a practice. 💚
Day 1 drops tomorrow.
Are you ready? Drop a 💚 below if you’re joining me for the HAPPY Series.

I was at the Palm in Dubai just last week.
Sitting in a cafe. Watching the sunset. Feeling grateful.
Just days later, that same place was in flames.
Drone strikes everywhere. Evacuations. Chaos.
The hotel I walked past. Hit. The airport I flew through. Under attack. The peaceful places I visited. Unrecognizable.
And it reminded me of something I tell my clients every single day:
Nothing is truly permanent.
Not the good. Not the bad. Not the joy. Not the pain. Not the peace. Not the chaos.
And that includes your emotions too.
People come to me carrying:
→ Anxiety they think will never end
→ Grief, they believe they’ll always feel
→ Stress that seems permanent
→ Pain they can’t imagine healing from
And I tell them what Dubai just showed me again:
Everything eventually passes.
The city that felt invincible? Vulnerable in hours. The peace that felt guaranteed? Shattered overnight.
But here’s the other side of impermanence:
The pain you’re feeling right now. It most certainly won’t last forever. The heartbreak that feels unbearable today? It will soften. The anxiety that grips you today? It will ease. The stress that feels permanent? It will shift.
Impermanence works both ways.
Whatever you’re carrying today be it grief, stress, fear, pain.
Know this:
It’s temporary. It will pass. You will breathe again. 💚

Last month India hosted the largest AI Impact Summit in Delhi.
$200+ billion in investments. World leaders. Tech Giants. AI breakthroughs. Conversations about the future.
But here’s what stood out to me:
The tagline of the summit wasn’t really about the speed, scale or dominance.
It was: “Welfare for all. Happiness for all.”
In a world that is racing furiously towards automation, India chose to be the center of “Human Wellbeing” in the AI conversation.
And that really matters!
Because here’s what technology is not able to replace:
The empathy in a real conversation
The healing that happens when someone truly listens to you.
The connection that truly makes us feel seen.
AI can optimize. It can predict. It can scale.
But it CANNOT hold space for your PAIN.
It can validate your feelings but it cannot RELATE.
It cannot help you process GRIEF, STRESS, or BURNOUT.
That’s where human care – HOLISTIC CARE – becomes irreplaceable.
As we take our next step into this AI-Powered future let’s not forget –
Technology should serve humanity and not the other way around.
And something like Real, Deep Holistic Wellness will always need the human touch.
What’s your take? Can AI truly support human happiness, or are some things too human to automate?

Being a part of 3rd Ayush conference and exhibition has been an amazing experience. While bring a co chair of one section of the conference I realised that many Homoeopaths are doing great work, but are unaware of each others strength. It’s high time that we start collaboration.

Leadership is often misunderstood.
We celebrate loud confidence, quick decisions, and visible control.
But real leadership begins much earlier inside the nervous system.
Before strategy, there is energy.
Before communication, there is regulation.
Before influence, there is inner work.
When a leader is emotionally unsettled, it rarely shows up as vulnerability.
It shows up as micromanaging.
As sudden anger masked as “high standards.”
As impulsive decisions that confuse teams.
As unpredictability that makes people walk on eggshells.
Teams don’t disengage because the work is hard.
They disengage when the emotional environment feels unsafe.
Emotional stability, on the other hand, is quiet.
It doesn’t announce itself.
It responds instead of reacts.
It stays clear under pressure.
It makes people feel held even in uncertainty.
And most importantly, it is free of ego.
This is why inner work matters.
Not for personal growth buzzwords.
But because regulated leaders create regulated teams.
And regulated teams create trust, creativity, and sustainable performance.
People don’t follow loud leaders.
They follow calm ones.
The strongest leadership skill isn’t dominance or charisma.
It’s emotional stability.
Save this for the days leadership feels heavy.
And remember growth always begins within.

The 4 parts of INTENT that changed my entire life 👇
Real transformation doesn’t come from motivation.
It doesn’t come from discipline.
It comes from INTENT. And intent has 4 critical parts that most people completely miss:
1. SELF-AWARENESS
Stop chasing what you “should” want. Your parents’ dreams. Society’s expectations. Your friend’s version of success.
What do YOU actually want? Not what looks good on paper. What lights YOU up?
2. IDENTITY ALIGNMENT
Here’s the truth: You’ll never consistently do things that don’t match who you believe you are.
Want to transform your life? You need to become the person who ALREADY lives that life. Ask yourself: “Who do I need to become to live the life I desire?”
3. THOUGHT HYGIENE
Your thoughts become patterns.
Your patterns become your personality.
Your personality becomes your destiny.
If you’re not consciously choosing your thoughts, you’re unconsciously choosing your life.
4. EMOTIONAL REGULATION
This is where most people lose.
You can have the clearest vision, the perfect identity, the best thoughts... but without emotional stability, your intent collapses the moment things get hard.
Master your emotions. Or they’ll master you.
Real transformation isn’t about doing more. It’s about BEING more intentional with what you already do.
Which of these 4 parts do you struggle with most? Comment below 👇
And if this resonated with you, save this post and share it with someone who needs to hear it today. ✨

The paradox of high achievers 💭
You know what breaks my heart? Watching brilliant people burn out in silence.
They’ve mastered every skill except one: asking for help.
They’ve learned to carry the weight of the world, but forgot how to put it down.
They’ve become everyone’s rock, while slowly crumbling inside.
Rest isn’t weakness. Slowing down isn’t failure. Needing support isn’t a flaw.
The strongest thing you can do? Give yourself permission to pause. 🌿
Because here’s the truth: You don’t need more motivation. You need more permission. Permission to rest without guilt. Permission to prioritize peace over productivity. Permission to be human.
Drop the “HAPPY” armor. Let people see you’re tired. Ask for what you need. Reconnect with who you are beneath the achievements.
Your worth isn’t measured by your output. You matter, even when you’re not doing anything at all. 💫
