मुंबई कचरे के इंतज़ाम के लिए जारी मंसूबा
सुप्रीम कोर्ट की हिदायत पर अमल में तेजी, कचरे की चारों तरफ़ फैलने वाली परेशानी कम करने की कोशिश।
बीएमसी (BMC) ने शहर में कचरे के इंतज़ाम को बेहतर और माहौल-दोस्त बनाने के लिए एक नया मंसूबा तैयार किया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की हिदायत और सॉलिड वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट नियम 2016 के तहत अब मुंबई को चार अलग-अलग ज़ोन में बांटा जाएगा ताकि सफाई और कचरा उठाने का काम बेहतर तरीके से किया जा सके।
इस योजना के मुताबिक शहर में आधुनिक मशीनें, इलेक्ट्रिक गाड़ियां और नई टेक्नोलॉजी इस्तेमाल की जाएगी। बीएमसी का कहना है कि इससे शहर में गंदगी कम होगी और सफाई व्यवस्था में सुधार आएगा।
