Because of Thunderstorm activity over Northwest India, Maximum temperature has fallen by 2-8℃ over Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi adjoining Southwest Uttar Pradesh. Similar falling tendencies were also observed on Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam.

Maximum temperatures were in the range of 40-44℃ over Central India adjoining East India, North Peninsular India, South Rajasthan, Saurashtra & Kutch and Interior Maharashtra.

Maximum Temperatures were appreciably below normal /Markedly below normal by 3-8 ℃ over most parts of Northwest India adjoining Central and East India, Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and by 8-15 ℃ over North Punjab adjoining Haryana, Chandigarh and Southwest Himachal Pradesh.

Updated nowcasts for severe thunderstroms/duststorms with squally winds speed reaching up to 100 kmph in gusts, hail and moderate rainfall over the districts of Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand shown by red/orange colour colour likely during next 2 hours
