Stop Verbal Abuse

When ever I read about verbal abuse and I have also noticed that while talking about verbal abuse it is always the person who is on the receiving and has to tackle it. While in the ‘Who is to whom’ context it is the whom who is not getting infected at that point. It is just who is saying it that is getting infected with Bad Word virus.
He must have been sick you say.
